** Reminders **

Our hectic year has officially started! Please make sure your daughters are taking care of themselves! They need to eat right, get plenty of sleep, and avoid activities that may cause injuries!

On August 24th, 2009 practices will start every B day morning, Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings!

Also, please remember the Cardinelle's stay and support the football team after they perform at halftime. The girls shouldn't plan on leaving until the games are over!
